Why did you want to start a business?
Most people's answer to that is to have time freedom. They start a business so that they can work less and work whenever they want from wherever they are.
But when asked what are their plans to grow that business or make that business a success?
We get answers like working harder - "I'll do whatever it takes. I'll stay up later at night."
That's NOT what a business is for - it isn't for you to work harder. Remember, you didn't start a business to work harder. If you are, what you've started is a job for yourself.
Your business should work for you and not the other way round.
And I made the mistake of falling into the hustle culture trap myself in the early days of my business.
So in this episode, I want to talk about the turning point when I realised that working less actually earned me more money.
Plus how I undid the thoughts of what I “should be” as an entrepreneur and even the “hustle-over-everything” beliefs I brought into my business.
Whether you’re just starting out or you’re a long-timer like me, I hope this episode is one more reminder that your worthiness is not tied to your productivity.
It's time we lose that hustle mentality.

I've discovered that building a $1,000,000 business is possible without taking investments and hustling all day long. I'm living proof that it can be done, and I want to help more moms achieve that for themselves and their families.
